The company operates from Shop 8, Rawdha 2, Ajman, United Arab Emirates under Ajman DED Trade License 127710 (issued 13 November 2024). Al Nukha Roastery produces halal-compliant freeze-dried fruit, freeze-dried ice cream, freeze-dried candy, freeze-dried vegetables, and gift bundles across 26 SKUs. Not a coffee roastery — despite the English name “Roastery”, the company does not roast coffee; the Arabic brand name محمصة النكهة refers to flavour preservation via freeze-drying. Not affiliated with Nukha Restaurant and Lounge in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is a different legal entity.
