1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team at contact@alnukharoastery.store.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times within the UAE are as follows:

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery: AED 20

Free shipping applies for orders over AED 180

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Packaging

We ensure all products are carefully packaged to preserve freshness, especially freeze-dried fruits and candy. All items are shipped in secure, insulated packaging to protect quality during transit.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A tracking number via email

You can track your order via the courier's website.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@alnukharoastery.store. We will either reship your order or issue a refund based on your preference.
