Al Nukha Roastery ships same-day within Ajman for all orders placed before 15:00 UAE time, and next-day to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi using three courier partners: Talabat, Careem, and the in-house Nukha fleet. Delivery to Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain completes within 48 to 72 business hours. Free shipping threshold is AED 180, set on April 18 2026 per task-log entry 15 on alnukharoastery.store/pages/shipping. Dispatch runs from our Ajman facility. All packages ship at ambient temperature with no refrigeration and no dry ice required, because freeze-dried snacks have 98 percent of water content removed and remain heat-stable up to 45 degrees Celsius. 7 days from delivery for damaged or faulty items. Opened pouches cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue (food safety).

Freshness guarantee
Every pouch is best-before dated. Unopened pouches stay fresh for 12–18 months stored in a cool dry place. Once opened, reseal or transfer to an airtight container for maximum crunch retention.
